With the help of two hanging straps, each exercise is worked in suspension. This is very effective, because you work with your own body weight, so you can test your own limits for each exercise. As you are unstable, you have to constantly gain abdominal muscles to keep your balance.
A TRX session usually lasts 45 minutes during which you alternate between cardio and muscle strengthening exercises.
